It's the time of year again when chocoholics join forces to support a very good cause, and enjoy some insanely good chocolate desserts. Yes, the annual Chocolate Classic is back on Wednesday, February 10 at the Hotel Jerome. The Chocolate Classic is a tasting event, where participants can bliss out on divine chocolate desserts prepared by professional chefs throughout the Roaring Fork Valley. All proceeds go to RESPONSE, the Aspen-based non-profit which serves survivors of domestic abuse and sexual assault. It's a worthy cause and the best excuse in the world to indulge your sweet tooth.
