The 17th annual Stirling Cup returns to the ARC's Lewis Ice Arena on Saturday, September 23. Created in memory of Aspen native Sirling Cooper, this event raises money for Aspen Junior Hockey by presenting a rousing hockey game pitting alumni from NHL teams. This year, alumni from the Chicago Black Hawks and the Dallas Stars will face off together. The puck drops at 6pm. Then on Sunday, September 24, the Golf Classic will take place from 10am - 5pm. Proceeds help support programming at Aspen Junior Golf.
