The Aspen Music Festival and School is entering the final weekend with a series of spectacular performers ready to take the stage at the Benedict Music Tent. Wednesday evening's solo performance by Augustin Hadelich set the bar very high (the audience demanded an encore and didn't want to let him go!), and if you missed him, you can see him again in the final concert on Sunday afternoon at 4pm. Before then, the excellent Jeremy Denk presents a wonderfully varied piano recital at 7pm tonight; the rising cellist, Sheku Kanneh-Mason performs Dvorák with the Aspen Chamber Symphony Friday at 5:30pm; the final faculty recital is at 2pm Saturday afternoon and at 7pm a concert performance of Handel's Rodelinda will be presented in Harris Hall. The Festival is truly going out with a bang this summer!
