You know it's still off season when the first item on today's Event Calendar in the Aspen Daily News is the Bow Wow Film Festival - and it's a real thing! Aspen loves its dogs, so this film festival taking place tonight at the Wheeler Opera House is right up our alley. The Bow Wow Film Festival is being presented as a fundraiser for the Aspen Animal Hospital's Furry Friends Fund, and begins with a silent auction at 5:30pm.
