For the third year in a row, residents in our valley have an opportunity to show our support for our local veterans by participating in Dining Out for Vets, tomorrow, June 6. More than 22 area restaurants will be participating by donating a percentage of the evening's proceeds to the Western Slope Veterans Coalition. Some of Aspen's favorite restaurants will participate, including Asie, Mezzaluna (across the street from Aspen Square), Meat and Cheese, and L'Hosteria, which is hosting a special three-course dinner. Downvalley restaurants taking part include Heather's, Cafe Bernard, The Pour House and Dos Gringos in Carbondale. It's a delicious way to show your support for our vets.
