Hockey Mountain High, the annual fall tournament that draws teams from all over Colorado and beyond, opens this weekend in Aspen. Teams in Open, A and B levels will compete in three games each at the Lewis Ice Arena (at the ARC) and the Aspen Ice Garden on the west end of town. The tournament, which runs October 2-4, is sponsored by the City of Aspen. Details at www.aspenrecreation.com.
