Yesterday around dinner time the snow started to fall in Aspen and the Roaring Fork Valley and this morning we woke to 10" of fresh snow - a great spring break gift to our visitors. With a 90% chance of additional precipitation tonight, this has turned out to be a nice bump in the snow pack. With a month more of ski season, we are doing well, with snow totals of between 6.5 feet at the summit of Highlands to 4 feet on top of Aspen Mountain, and Buttermilk and Snowmass between 5 and 5.5 feet respectively. That's a lot of snow!
