Our favorite burly men and women are back for Aspen Ruggerfest this weekend. For more than five decades, the Aspen Ruggerfest tournament has been played come rain or shine or (occasionally) snow. This is the 52nd year of the rugby tournament which runs through Sunday, hosting 30 teams from all over the world. Most of the games will take place in Wagner Park (just a few blocks from Aspen Square). Saturday will feature the the Men’s and Women’s Open competition; Sunday will present the finals in competition for the Ruggerfest grand prize.
