Full moon nights are magical here in the winter. With the moon's radiance reflected off the snow, you can take a walk or ski almost without an additional light source. If this sounds like fun to you, we recommend you take part in Saturday, February 11th's Full Moon Dinner at the Cliff House atop Buttermilk. Participants can either skin or hike up the face of Tiehack to the Cliff House. The event takes place from 5-8pm and dinner options, snacks and a cash bar are sure to make the hike worthwhile.
