Aspen Filmfest begins Thursday and the pandemic has brought some changes to this year's festival. There will be virtual screenings, drive-in offerings and some in-person showings as well. Screenings of Nomadland, The Dissident , Truffle Hunters and Amonite will take place at the Isis Theater in Aspen. A drive-in showing of David Byrne's American Utopia takes place Friday, October 16 at Snowmass's Town Park. Virtual screenings include AMAZONIA GROOVE, Gunda, Here We Are and I Am Greta.
