As we enter the second weekend of September, the pace isn't slowing down just yet. On tap for September 10-12 is a fall version of the Food & Wine Classic in Aspen in Wagner Park. Foodies are arriving and the tents are up in the park awaiting vendor set ups. Although smaller this year, the Festival will still feature major players in the world of gastronomy. While people are gathering in Aspen, Snowmass will be full of hot air for the 46th annual Balloon Festival taking place Friday through Sunday. Early morning balloon launches start about 7am each day, and the gorgeous balloon "Night Glow" will be at 7pm Friday.
