One of the most popular initiatives at the Metropolitan Opera has been their "The Met: Live in HD" presentations of live performances. Screened in movie theaters around the country, the "Live in HD" series provides an opportunity for opera lovers, who can't get to New York, to see these great performers on the big screen. The Aspen Music Festival has presented a selection of these shows for the last several years at the Wheeler Opera House.
