People in Aspen are a talented bunch. We have our own Community Theatre, the Aspen Choral Society presents concerts during the year, we have many well-known local musicians, writers and artists. So it's not surprising that this year's Aspen Holiday Boutique will be presenting its market of gifts and artwork handmade by city and county staff. The market has actually been going on internally for 15 years, but this is the first time it will be open to the public. The Holiday Boutique will take place on Thursday, December 3 from 11am to 2pm at the Red Brick Center for the Arts in the conference room. Gifts include jewelry, stained glass, aromatherapy skin care and soaps, knitted items, headbands and more. Cookies and light refreshments will be served.
