These unique dinners high atop Aspen Highlands and Snowmass Mountain deliver a spectacular gourmet experience. Snowcat dinners are offered at Cloud Nine Alpine Bistro on Aspen Highlands and at the Lynn Britt Cabin on Snowmass Mountain weekly.
Cloud Nine Snowcat Dinners
Nestled inside of a warm and toasty European alpine ski hut at the top of the Cloud Nine lift on Aspen Highlands, is the Cloud Nine Alpine Bistro, serving up delicious cuisine above 10,000 feet. Though a cozy ski hut, Cloud Nine can accommodate up to 40 guests.
The Dining Experience
Dinner guests meet at the base of Aspen Highlands around 6:00pm, where they embark on a star-filled journey up the mountain aboard a snowcat. On the ride to Cloud Nine, which takes about 30 minutes, dinner guests stargaze, enjoy friendly conversations, and sip hot chocolate, spiced cider, or Gluehwein. Upon arriving at the ski hut, guests are welcomed by friendly serving staff, a roaring fire, and delectable hors d'oeuvres. After dinner, the snowcat shuttles guests back to the base of Aspen Highlands at 10:00 pm, and guests arrive at the base at around 10:30pm.
Cloud Nine snowcat dinners are held Thursday evenings during the winter season. The Cloud Nine snowcat dinners are $130 per guest plus the cost of beverages, tax, and gratuity. Private snowcat dinners at Cloud Nine are also available.
Lynn Britt Cabin Snowcat Dinners
Snowcat dinners at the Lynn Britt Cabin on Snowmass Mountain deliver western flair and a true high alpine dining experience. With live entertainment supplied by a band of talented musicians, dinner guests at the Lynn Britt Cabin are sure to have an unforgettable evening dining in the Rocky Mountains at this family-friendly on-mountain venue. Delight in a four-course meal with friends and the whole family in this beautiful and rustic cabin on Snowmass Mountain.
The Dining Experience
The snowcats arrive at 6:00pm at the Base Village near Sneaky's Tavern to shuttle guests up to Lynn Britt Cabin. The Lynn Britt Cabin snowcat dinner is approximately 3 hours, with snowcats returning to the Base Village at 9:00 – 9:30pm.
These dinners are offered twice weekly on Tuesday and Thursday nights. The cost for a Lynn Britt Cabin snowcat dinner is $95 per adult and $55 per child aged 3 – 11, plus beverages, tax, and gratuity. The cabin is also available for private dinner events.
